8 Account Closure & Suspension

• Prolonged account inactivity (generally 12 months).

Members may close their account at any time. Any valid balance will be returned, but all bonus balances will be forfeited upon closure.

9 Limitation of Liability

• Losses caused by errors or delays in third-party payment systems.
• Account credential exposure resulting from the member's own negligence.

10 Dispute Resolution
